Why are you here? Well, you're probably here because you've been researching different ways to make money other than through your typical 9 to 5... if you have one. It's ok if you don't, or just lost one. Don't despair. We've all been there at one point, or more, in our lives. Sometimes you have to hit rock bottom before you can get to the top.

Enough drowning in our sorrows. Let's begin to roll with the punches and spin like a top!

What's this blog without a 'Getting Started' category? Not much... so I added it.

This site is intended to help you get started on your way to being a profitable P.I.M.P. (Professional Internet Marketing Person). Get your mind out of the gutter! Too bad I didn't coin that phrase, so please don't give me credit for it. Maybe I'll hear from the person who did.

I'm sure you've noticed that I have absolutely no advertising on this blog yet. I know that's a big NoNo, but I haven't been able to get around to building that stuff in. I've been so busy working on getting my other sites up and running, that I've somewhat left out ClickBlazer.

However, don't fear. I've been researching OpenAds and am looking forward to integrating that into this site, so if you have any tips or pointers, please post them.

I have decided to go with a plain-vanilla Drupal installation for this site. I originally had ClickBlazer.com up and running with Drigg, but I decided against it a couple of days ago.

Alright, the honey-do list has already been created and started. A good business owner is always looking for ways to improve his/her business. Nothing will ever be perfect, but it will be better and customers like better. Thus, some of things todo for this site are adding ads, affiliate sign-up opps, theme modifications, and links to other sites.

In order to have a properly functioning Drupal site on XAMPP, you MUST enable 'Clean URL' support. It took me a while to get it right, so read on so you don't.

First, look over http://drupal.org/node/43545. That's basically all you need to know to fix the Clean URL problem on an out-of-the-box XAMPP install. It took me all of 10 minutes to fix it, and now I can go to setup Drigg. You'll like what's coming up on ClickBlazer.com. Drigg is a powerful add-on module to Drupal that allows you to vote on content among other things... yep, just like Digg.

Eureka!

ClickBlazer.com is up and running... finally... blah.

I'm exhausted. It's been a long week for me... working 50-60 hours at my dayjob (which I really like), and trying to get this site up and off the ground in the wee-hours of the night after work. I feel like my brain is numb and am walking around with the feeling of knowing where I am and where I'm going, but NOT feeling like I'm actually there. If that makes any sense to you, then you must have worked the graveyard shift at one point in your life.
